Bliss out with 9 am Wednesday yoga.  This all-levels toning, strengthening and stretching class will increase your total fitness level, and reinforce your relaxation response.

Saturday 12p-1p All Levels Donation-based class

North Shore Yoga has a weekly community class taught on rotation by a variety of instructors.  Money Raised from this class goes back into the community. Flow is a graceful blend of alignment principles and vinyasa flow. Meditation in motion that is linking breath with the postures and an emphasis on of breath are all a part of Flow Yoga. These classes move along more fluidly than a basic alignment class and are not set series of postures such as Ashtanga. This class is suitable for ALL LEVELS. The room is NOT heated. Suggested donation $8.00. Proceeds benefit a different charitable cause each week.

Whether you are a beginner or a practiced yogi, this yoga class offers something for everyone. The moves and poses are tailored to improve all aspects of your daily/active life. You don’t have to be a climber to enjoy the benefits this class provides.

While the Saturday or Sunday class is in session the gym is only open to those taking this class, so you won’t have to worry about other people watching you and distracting you from your practice.

The Night Owl classes are offered in the spacious common area but the occasional gym member may pass through during class.

Bring your yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes that you can move in easily. If you don’t have a mat we can provide one for you to use during the class. Our space is heated to 80 degrees which allows you to stretch more deeply and safely; so also bring a towel and some water.

You will definitely be glad you didn’t miss this class.

If you climb in the gym on the same day you take the yoga class you will receive half off the day pass for that day.
